16세 어린나이로 모델을 시작한 유명한 모델이다.

자신이 타고난 "미의 기준에 적합한 몸"으로 돈을 벌고 명예를 얻었다고 말하고 있다.

러셀은 w, 보그 등의 모델로 활동했으며, 샤넬 루이비통,베르사체 등등 유명 브랜드 모델로 일했었다.

현재는 모델 관리하는 일을 맡고 있다.

Cameron Russell has spent the last decade posing as a supermodel. Occasionally she writes about grassroots public art and political power, and experiments with making art for the internet and the street. She is the director of The Big Bad Lab which creates participatory art and media platforms dedicated to including people in radical demonstrations of positive social change.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
